Regular Bible reading is the spiritual practice of incorporating the Word of God into daily life and practice. Zion Lutheran Church provides devotional resources for daily Bible reading. Some are published and available in the gathering space.  Others are available online and through other sources.  Check out the sampling of online, email and smart phone options for personal Bible reading, devotions and prayer.

Zion also affords opportunities for faith formation from cradle to grave.

Sunday School
Sunday School meets from September through April when school is in session. Watch the church calendar for specific recess dates. Classes range from preschool, for any student who is eligible for three-year-old preschool, through eighth grade. Students are expected to attend class and participate in other activities of learning, service, and worship as students grow into deeper awareness of and response to God’s love. As a class, students are expected to attend Confirmation Camp at Camp Carol Joy Holling the summer between seventh and eighth grade.
Luther League
Luther League
Luther League represents a variety of ministries including Sunday morning Bible study and mid-week activities for high school aged students as they mature in their faith. The group typically takes one major trip (ELCA Youth Gathering, Mission Trip, or ski trip) each year in addition to local and synod activities.
